
Pre-sales Service Process

Requirements Identification Session
Confirm customer's purchasing and processing needs, and recommend suitable models according to customer's specific situation.
Determine the basic configuration of the machine after the quotation.
Adjust the machine configuration and quotation according to the customer's needs.
Send customers photos, videos, customer cases, customer evaluation feedback.
Make a packing plan for the customer to calculate the freight cost.
Contact the freight forwarder to estimate the freight cost if the customer needs.

Order Confirmation Session
Re-confirm the quotation, trade terms, payment terms, delivery date with the customer. Confirm the PI and contract, and provide the payment account number to the customer for payment.
Follow up the payment progress and financial collection, and timely feedback to the customer whether the advance payment is received.
Arrange the production after receiving the advance payment.
In-sales Service Process

Production Session
Follow up the progress of the customer's machine production in stages and provide photo and video feedback to the customer.
Notify the customer to arrange the final payment 1 week before the completion of the machine production and contact the freight forwarder to arrange the shipment details in advance.
Follow up the progress of the final payment and financial collection, and provide timely feedback to the customer on whether the final payment has been received.
After receiving the final payment, reconfirm the shipping time and details with the freight forwarder.
Arrange the packing and shipping time of the machine in advance.

Shipping Session
Send customers photos and videos of machines being packed.
Send the customer photos and videos of the machine being loaded into the cabinet.
Send photos and videos of the machine leaving the factory.
Provide the customer's freight forwarder with customs declaration information, as well as determine the time of transport.

Transport Follow Up Link Session
Inform the customer of the shipping time, and the expected time of receipt, follow up the shipping situation and provide timely feedback to the customer.
Inform customers one week in advance of the precautions and preparations for unloading the goods.
Prepare customs clearance documents and information in advance, ensure that there is no problem with the customs clearance information, and assist customers in customs clearance.

Receiving Session
Follow up with customers to see if they have installation and unloading issues and if they need assistance.
Assist customers with unloading and installation issues
After-sales Service Process

Within 1 Month
Follow up whether there are installation and use as well as quality problems, and assist customers to solve them.

Within 1 Year
From time to time to follow up the use of customer machines, if there is any problem to provide online technical after-sales.

After 1 Year
Return visit to customers to understand the use of the customer's machine. Provide free online technical after-sales service for life.
