Once completed, the parts can be transferred to the relative sub axis (second axis) with extremely high precision. This allows the rear end of the part to be processed immediately without the need for a second setup. At the same time, the first spindle can start processing the next workpiece. This machine is equipped with an advanced servo driven 12 station power turntable, which supports static turning tools and rotating active tools. The movable cutting tool is directly powered by the turret and can perform precise milling and drilling operations on the circumference and surface of the workpiece.
