This series of horizontal milling machines adopts a horizontal spindle layout, equipped with a high-rigidity worktable and indexing device as standard, enabling multi-face milling, slot machining, and deep hole drilling and tapping to be completed with one setup of the workpiece. Equipped with a high-torque spindle, coupled with a box-type base and pre-stretched roller guide rails, it can stably perform heavy-duty cutting on difficult-to-cut materials (hardened steel, titanium alloy), with a metal removal rate increased by more than 30% compared to vertical machines.
